Due to the impact of the epidemic, this year’s WorldSkills Competition still adopts the form of online meetings for matchmaking with foreigners. The technical matchmaking meetings of various projects during the World Championship Preparation Week (CPW) that were originally held offline were also temporarily changed to online at the last moment. The CPW meetings of the field division projects are chaired by Wang Shishi in English. Since CPW is an important milestone in the World Championship, WSI and the World Championship Bureau attach great importance to it, and Wang Shishi is fully prepared in the early stage of each meeting.
On the evening of February 21, 2022, the 46th WorldSkills Competition CPW Mechatronics Project Technology Docking Meeting was held in the World Competition Executive Board. Jane Stokie, Director of Competition Department of WorldSkills Secretariat, Zsolt Szekeres, Skills Competition Infrastructure Manager of Competition Department of WorldSkills Secretariat, Michael Linn, Skills Competition Manager, Nicolas Godel, Chief Expert, Wang Shishi, Site Division Manager, Wang Qiang, Site Manager, representatives of FESTO sponsors , leaders of various departments of the World Games Executive Bureau attended the meeting. Zhao Zhuping, deputy secretary-general of the municipal government, and Zhang Lan, deputy director of the executive bureau, attended the meeting.
In order for the meeting to be held smoothly and to show the style of our World Championship personnel and the achievements of the World Championship work, in the early stage of the meeting, under the guidance and care of the leaders and teachers, Wang Shishi fully communicated with the venue manager and prepared report materials, including IL list, Venue layout, personnel needs, etc., review the PPT and speech draft of the venue manager before the meeting, and put forward suggestions for revision. Wang Shishi also carefully prepared to host the meeting, and greeted the meeting in the best condition. In the end, this CPW meeting was affirmed by the leaders of the World Competition Bureau, the World Skills Organization (WSI), and the Skills Competition Manager (SCM). Wang Shishi's English chair was also recognized and praised by the leaders and colleagues, and the project was successfully completed Task.
