    The Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party proposed that we must deeply implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education, the strategy of strengthening the country through talent, and the strategy of innovation-driven development, and coordinate the reform of the system and mechanism of education, science and technology talents.On October 15, the "Excellent Engineer" Program - Apprenticeship Class for highly skilled personnel in Ultra-precision Manufacturing was held in the Sijin Hall of the complex Building.

Xiao Qian, vice president of Higher Vocational College of Shanghai University of Engineering and Technology, Shanghai Advanced Technical School, Wang Hongjun, chairman of Shanghai Three Countries Group, Tang Yue, personnel director of Linding Optics (Shanghai) Co., LTD., and representatives of the enterprise, more than 130 student representatives from the 24 and 23 levels of manufacturing engineering Department participated in the presentation.

At the meeting, Xiao Qian, vice president of the school, delivered a mobilization speech for the apprenticeship class, pointing out that ultra-precision manufacturing, as an important part of modern manufacturing, is of great significance for improving the overall national manufacturing level and international competitiveness. Modern Apprenticeship Class will work with Linding Optics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Three Countries Enterprise Development Group Co., Ltd. to jointly launch the "Excellent Engineer" program - ultra-precision manufacturing highly skilled talent Apprenticeship class to help vocational education students realize their career dreams.



Cao Zhihong, deputy director of the Department of Manufacturing Engineering, explained the implementation plan, real-time docking, training objectives and other aspects of the apprenticeship class, pointing out that modern apprenticeship is an effective way and an important measure to promote the combination of work and learning and the integration of knowledge and practice.


The representative of Linding Optics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. made a detailed introduction to the students from the aspects of company situation, core team, development history, talent training plan, etc. The students actively interacted with them and the atmosphere was very pleasant.



At the meeting, Wang Hongjun, chairman of Shanghai Three Countries Group, introduced in detail the company's overview, training direction, growth path and specific planning of the excellent engineer program. He also inspires students to explore their own potential and value through his own growth experience, and concentrates on polishing their professional skills to contribute youth to the construction of a high-quality vocational education system and the realization of Chinese-style modernization.



The students were then interviewed separately by representatives of the two companies. The interview not only tests the student's abilities and skills, but also focuses on the individual's positive attitude and energetic performance.

The Department of Manufacturing Engineering of Vocational College has been following the Party's line and principles, implementing the spirit of educators, deeply cultivating the field of vocational education, effectively starting from the growth of students, constantly trying new ideas, new methods, new paths, the establishment of the first modern apprenticeship class of Shanghai Engineering, deepening the integration of production and education, focusing on the inheritance of skills, and jointly led by the school and enterprise personnel training. Establish standardized curriculum standards, assessment programs, etc., through the joint teaching of teachers and chief engineers, accelerate the cultivation of knowledge, skills, and innovative ultra-precision manufacturing high-skill talents.
