Good news came from the organizing committee of the 20th Ye Shengtao Cup National Middle School Students’ New Composition Competition. Zhang Haiyang, a student of Class 22JRZG in our school, won the first prize in the preliminary competition, and at the same time obtained the qualification to participate in the finals on the spot. It is a good opportunity for him to compete with the best high school students in the country for the highest prize in the national competition.
As the teacher in charge of the competition, Zhang Hong from the Literature and History Teaching and Research Section actively organized students to participate in the competition. And all teachers in the Section spared no effort to guide students to improve their entries. Fortunately, the efforts of teachers and students have been rewarded. There were seven students won prizes, including one first prize, two second prizes and four third prizes.
